The Baldwin Law Firm has been serving Northern Virginia for over 40 years. We handle all types of family law matters (including adoption, divorce, custody and visitation, support, and protective orders), along with wills, trusts, and estates, landlord/tenant litigation, partition litigation, some general civil litigation, and appellate litigation.

We appear regularly in front of all trial courts in Northern Virginia, as well as the Virginia Court of Appeals, Supreme Court of Virginia, and Federal courts in Northern Virginia when necessary. We work hard to try to amicably resolve all legal disputes that come to our firm, but when settlement proves impossible we are not afraid to zealously advocate for our clients in court.

Our firm is located in Oakton, Virginia, just off of Interstate 66. It was founded by Roy J. Baldwin, Esq., a graduate of the University of Nebraska and the George Washington University Law School. Our lawyers include members of the American Bar Association, the Virginia State Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, the United States Supreme Court Bar, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Fairfax Bar Association.
